It is requested that all future letters, SARs, drawings, etc. for these licensed transport casks be forwarded to me.
In accordance with 10CFR71.103(f), CSU intends to apply its quality assurance program, submitted to the Commission on April 22, 1981 and approved in Facility Operating License NPF-47 dated November 20, 1985, to transportation activities.
This quality assurance program, described in River Bend Station's FSAR Secticn 17.2 and implemented in our Operations Quality Assurance Manual, satisfies the applicable criteria of Appendix B of 10CFR Part 50 as well as Subpart H of 10CFR Part 71.
Included is a check per 10CFR 170.12(e) in the amount of $150.00 for the approval fee associated with this request.
