The
" Configuration Control of the Probabilistic Safety Assessment Procedure" has since been deleted and is not included as part of this letter. These procedures were previously provided in our original submittal of the Graded Quality Assurance Operations Quality Assurance Plan in March 28,1996 (ST-HL-AE-5321).
