Dear Mr. MacDonald:
In the reference letter, Combustion Engineering requested Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval of an amendment to our Windsor Fuel Fabrication Facility license (SNM-1067). The purpose of the amendment is to increase the weight percent of enriched uranium that can be processed at our facility.
In accordance with 10CFR170.31, enclosed please find our check in the amount of $150.00 to cover the license change application fee.
