Enclosed is a supplement to the 1996 Annual Operating Report (AOR) for Edwin L IIatch Nuclear Plant Unit 1, Docket No. 50-321, and Unit 2, Docket No. 50-366.
Subsequent to the submittal of the AOR by letter dated February 28,1997, it was determined that the summaries of 10 CFR 50.59 evaluations for several plant procedures were inadvertently omitted from the report. The enclosure provides the omitted evaluation summaries.
