Licensee Event Report Limerick Generating Station ' Units 1 and 2 l LER 1-97-003 reported an' event where Unit 1 and Unit 2 had been in a condition outside of the design basis of the plant due to the existence of degraded back pressure dampers needed to mitigate the consequences of a high energy line break event. This revision reports the identification of additional degraded dampers during subsequent testing.
