Pursuant to 10CFR50.90, Northeast Nuclear Energy Company (NNECO) hereby proposes to amend Operating License NPF-49 by incorporating the attached proposed revision into the Millstone Unit No. 3 Technical Specification Surveillance 4.8.2.1.c.4.
Description of Proposed Revision i
Technical Specification Surveillance 4.8.2.1.c.4 requires that each battery charger be tested to verify that it can supply a specified current at 125 volts. This proposed revision will modify this surveillance by increasing the required test voltage. This provides assurance that the battery charger is capable of supplying the largest I
combined D.C. Bus loads, and the current required to recharge its discharged battery
