Attsched is Revision 2 of WCAP-14401, Programmatic Level Description of the AP600 Human Factors Verification and Validation Plan to address DSER open item 18.11.3.4-1 per Reference 1.

. Changes, as previously accepted by Mr. Bongarra, were made to the first sentence of Section 4.2 on page 4-1 and ANSI /ANS-3.5-il93 was added to the reference list on page 7-1. This completes Westinghouse activities for NUREG-0711 Element 10, specifically DSER open item tracking system item 1392.

Attached is Revision 2 of WCAP-143%, Man-In-The-Loop Test Plan Description to address DSER open item 18.8.1.3-3 per Reference 2. Changes, as previously accepted by Mr. Bongarra, were made l

to Performance Measures on page 4-5. This completes Westinghouse activities for NUREG-0711 Element 7, specifically DSER open item tracking system item 1356.

l Attached is an updated printout of the DSER Chapter 18 open items from the Open Item Tracking l

System (OITS). This is a list of only those DSER Chapter 18 items where NRC status is not

" Resolved" or " Closed". Excluding ITAAC items, only DSER OITS item 1395 is considered by p-Westinghouse to be " Action W".

Please advise Westinghouse as to the NRC status for these attached
