The purpose of this letter is to provide all required information to close Outstanding Issue 21 - Development of Emergency Operation Procedures. The following attachments provide the revision to the Perry Procedures Generation Package (PGP) and the specific calculation methodology requested by your staff at our March 6, 1985 meeting on the same subject. The revisions have been barred to show the changes.
We believe this information should enable Outstanding Issue 21 to be closed in the next supplement to the SER.
