performed at Detroit Edison Company's Fermi 2 Nuclear Power Plant. This report represents a summary of the ISI activities from commercial operation (January 23, 1988) through the fifth refueling outage.
This report is being submitted in'accordance with ASME Section XI,1980 edition l
through winter 1981 addenda, paragraph IWA-6230.
