Revision to Proposed Change No. 28 to Technical Specirications In accordance with the applicable provisions specified in 10CFR50, Nebraska Public Power District (NPPD) submitted Proposed Change No. 28 to the Technical Specifications for review and approval.
Questions from the NRC Staff were received and resolved with the resulting page to the Proposed Change contained in Attachment 1.
Recently the District changed the titles of the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager - Nuclear to President and Vice President - Nuclear. Because this change is very similar to the request made in Attachment 3 of Reference 1, the District asks that the commission replace the previous submittal (Attachment 3 of Reference 1) with those pages contained in of this letter.
Although similar in nature, another revised 10CFR50.92 analysis is included to specifically address this new change.
