Attached is the Startup Report written by the Long Island Lighting Company in compliance with Shoreham Nuclear Power Station Techni-cal Specifications, paragraph 6.9.1.1 through 6.9.1.3, and Regulatory Guide 1.16, Revision 4, section C.l.a.

This report addresses each of the startup tests identified in Chapter 14 of the FSAR to be performed in the test conditions of Open Vessel and Heatup.

It includes a description of the measured operating condition values or characteristics obtained during the test program with a comparison of these values to the acceptance criteria, together with a description of any corrective actions required to obtain satisfactory operation.
