Dear Sirs:
PGE-1063. " Supplement to Applicant's Environmental Report. Revision 2" The enclosure to this letter provides Revision 2 to Portland General Electric Company's PGE-1063,
" Supplement to Applicant's Environmental Report." The changes modify Section 3, " Decommissioning Plans," to allow the option of removing the reactor vessel and internals as a single component. Included in this change is the approximate schedule for this option. PGE is presently discussing with NRC staff, the feasability of modifying and licensing the reactor vessel as a Type B package in accordance with 10 CFR 71.
Changes also include removal of reference to the emergency diesel generators as a heat source cooled by the Service Water System.
