This administra-tive position and previous responsibility will now report to the Manager-Projects Planning and Coordination. Revisions to the FSAR and the River Bond Station Technical Specifications are provided in and Enclosure 2. respectively. These revisions have been previously discussed with tha Nuclear Regulatory Commission Region IV Staff and do not impact the current Safety Evaluation Report.
