Entergy Opemtions, Inc., (EOI) hereby submits for NRC review and approval License Amendment Request (LAR)96-048. LAR 96-048 requests a single deviation from our approved fire protection program in accordance with the change process described in to the River Bend Operating License. This deviation involves the use of a partial area automatic suppression system in lieu of a full area suppression system in fire area C-16. Enclosure 1 is an affidavit supporting the facts set forth in this submittal. provides the basis and justification for the requested deviation.
