Steam Generator Tubine and Component Sunnorts Enclosed are four copies of Inservice Inspection Summary Report, "lRE06 Inservice Inspection Summary Report for Welds, Steam Generator Tubes and Component Supports of the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station - Unit 1". This report describes the inservice inspection examinations performed between April 23,1996, and completion of the sixth refueling outage of South Texas Project Unit 1 (lRE06) on June 9,1996.
Inservice inspection examinations were performed on selected Class 1, 2 and 3 wiponents in accordance with the 1983 Edition of ASME Section XI Code with the Summer of 4983 Addenda and other regulatory and code bases as described in the "STPEGS-1 Ten Year ISI Plan". The enclosed summary report satisfies the reporting requirements ofIWA-6000 of Section XI for welds, steam generator tubes and component supports, and Sections 4.4.5.5 (b) and 6.9.2 of the South Tex. Project Technical Specifications with regard to steam generator tube inspection.
