Arkansas Nuclear One - Units 1 & 2 Docket Nos. 50-313 and 50-368 License Nos. DPR-51 and NPF-6 In ection Report 313/85-20; 31 85-21 Notice of Deviation Gentlemen:
Arkansas Power and Light Company (AP&L) is in receipt of the Notice of Deviation, reqarding updating Letters of Agreement, contained in your letter of August 22, 1985 (0CAN088520).
At the time of the inspection, June 19-20, 1985, efforts were underway to complete reviews of the Letters of Agreement.
All support agreements with outside groups / agencies have been reviewed and revised where necessary, and AP&L has received fully executed documents for all support organizations with the exception of the Department of Energy, Oak Ridge Operations Office.
The status of all Letters of Agreement is shown in Attachment I.
To insure that the review of our Letters of Agreement is completed by January 1, 1987, which is the next review date, this item will be entered into our commitment tracking system, with a sufficiently early reminder to ensure timely completion.

Currently, they are printing the new Federal Radiological Emergency Response Plan (FRERP) and will forward the Letter of Agreement with an accompanying copy of the FRERP as soon as the printing is complete.
