Transmittal of Fort Calhoun Station (FCS) Cycle 14 Core Operating Limit Report (COLR) - Revision 3 and Revision 4 In accordance with FCS Technical Specification 5.9.5, attached are copies of Revision 3 and Revision 4 to the FCS Cycle 14 COLR, The COLR was updated twice during the last quarter of 1992. For your convenience, these two revisions are being transmitted concurrently.

In Revision 3, dated November 16, 1992, the allowable peak linear heat rate was increased to 15.5 kW/ft.

In Revision 4, dated December 17, 1992, the allowable peak linear heat rate was revised to decrease the integrated radial peaking factor F/ limit from 1.79 to 1.76.
