South Texas Prcject Units 1 & 2 South Texas Project Electric Generating Station Procedures Generation Package Houston Lighting & Power Co. (HL&P) submitted a response to NUREG 0737 Supplement 1 on April 14, 1983 which committed to provide a Procedures Generation Package in June 1985.
In accordance with that commitment attached is the South Texas Project Electric Generating Station Procedures Generation Package, a copy of the Emergency Operating Procedures Preparation, Approval and Implementation procedure (PGP3-ZA-27 Revision 0) and a copy of the Emergency Procedure Writer's Guide and Verification procedure (OPOP01-ZA-6 Revision 1).
