Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Docket No. 50-368 License No. NPF-6 Inservice Inspection Outage Summary Report Gentlement Article IWA-6230,Section XI of the ASME Code requires the owner to submit an inservice inspection (ISI) summary report. The scope of the report is to provide the inspection results of the Class 1 and 2 pressure retaining components and their supports.
This report is due within 90 days of the completion of the ISI conducted during a refueling outage. provides the Form NIS-1 " Owner's Report For Inservice Inspections." The ISI was performed during the ninth refueling outage (2R9) for Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 2 (ANO-2).
The outage was completed on October 20, 1992.
This form was prepared in accordance with Section XI of the Code. provides a summary of the ISI component examination.
