In Reference 1, Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to make miscellaneous administrative changes to the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (WBN),
Unit 1 and 2 Technical Specifications (TS). That LAR included certain changes to the TS Table of Contents (TOC). In Reference 2, TVA provided a supplement to the Reference 1 submittal. The purpose of this letter is to provide a second supplement to address additional changes to the WBN Units 1 and 2 TOCs that were not addressed in Reference 1.
The following table summarizes the new changes proposed to the WBN Units 1 and 2 TOC:

Amendment 33 (ML19276E557) 2 vii Figure 4.3-3 (Minimum Required Burnup for Unrestricted Storage of Fuel of Various Initial Enrichments) is deleted.
Amendment 27 (ML18347B330) 2 vii Figure 4.3-4 (Minimum Required Burnup for a Checkerboard Arrangement of 2 Spent and 2 New Fuel Assemblies of 5 wt% U-235 Enrichment (Maximum) is deleted.
