During performance of SI 4.2.B-69 recirculation pump trip reactor high pressure switch (1-PS-3-204B) was found 0.5 percent above the limit of T.S. Table 3.2.B.

Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 1 in refueling outage.

Unit 2 at 99%.

Unit 3 at 98%.

Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met

Setpoint drift.

There was no danger to the health or safety of the public, no release of activity, no damage to the plant or equipment, and no resulting significant chain of events.

Corrective Action

Reset 1-PS-3-204B to proper setpoint and successfully completed SI 4.2.B-69.

DCP 1398 will replace this switch with an analog transmitter and bistable switch.
