There was no-danger to the health or safety of the public, no release of activity, no damage'to the plant or equipment, and no'resulting significant

. chain of events.

Corrective Action

When power to panel first failed, the inverter card for panel XA-55-8E was tighted in its slot and the annunciator operated. The next day while again performing SI 4.ll.C 3 & 4, the inverter'again failed and power could not be restored. The inverter control card was replaced, successfully.
