Missi:,c.ippi Power & Light Company (MP&L) is providing the Grand Gulf Emergency Procedure, EP-10, entitled Reactivity Control. This procedure, in association with other emergency procedures, provides the required operator action in the event of an Anticipated Transient Without Scram (ATWS). This procedure incorporates recommendations of the BWR Owners' Group on Emergency Procedure Guidelines for this event. This transmittal supersedes the ATWS event procedure submitted to you, dated January 30, 1981 l
