Relay transistor failed due te moisture condensation inside the housing.

Andysis of Occurrence:

There was no danger to the health or safety of the public, no release of and no resulting significant activity, no damage to the plant or equipment, i

chain of events.

i Correctiye Action.

The seismic trigger HLT A was repaired, SI 4.2.J-2 was successfully performed and the trigger was returned to service. Desiccant is being added to absorb i

excessive moisture in the housing.
