Dear Mr. Denton:
River Send Station - Units 1 and 2 Docket Nos. 50-458 and 50-459 Annual Financial Report on October 3,1980, the NRC amended Construction Permit CPPR-145 to permit the acquisition of an ownership interest in Unit 1 of the River Bend Station by Cajun Electric Power Cooperative, Inc. ("Caj un").
In accordance with Section 50.71 of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations and U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Co=nission Regulatory Guide 10.1, Gulf States Utilities Company it submitting eight (3) copies of the Cajun 1979 Annual Report.
