TMI-2 Lessons Learned Technical Specifications Cooper Nuclear Station NRC Docket No. 50-298, DPR-46 By letter dated October 15, 1980, the District proposed changes to the Cooper Nuclear Station Technical Specifications to reflect requirements resulting from the NRC Lessons Learned effort.
Subsequent discussions with the Staff have necessitated that the enclosed revised Technical Specification pages be submitted to address the areas of Valve Position Indication, Shift Technical Advisor, System Integrity Program, and Improved Iodine Measurements Program.
