Doors do not have interlocks.

Analv..is of Occurrence:

There was no damage to plant equipment. There var no activity release, no personnel exposure or injury, and no danger to the health or safety of the public.

Corrective Action

~A M has been submitted to ENDES to install interlocks. As an interim measure, administrative controls have been established to prevent the doors 228 and 229 from being opened simultaneously. Door No. 232, located between-door 228 and door 229, is being evaluated for acceptability as a secondary containment barrier.
