Unit 1 at 98% power Unit 2 refueling Unit 3 at 91%' power

• Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

None Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Solenoid coil will not meet environmental conditions of. LOCA in accordance with IE

Bulletin 79-01B.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no damage to plant equipment. No activity released. No personnel exposure or injury and no danger to the public health or safety.

Solenoid coil will be replaced with a qualified coil.
