Identification and Description of Occurrence:

Drywell pressure transmitters 1-PT-64-50.and 1-PT-64-67 were not qualified for

radiation envircnment following LOCA as defined in NRC Bulletin 79-01B.

Conditions ' Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 1 at 98% power Unit 2 refueling Unit 3 at 96 power Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

None Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Transmitters not qualified to meet LOCA environmental conditions as defined-by NRC Bulletin 79-01B.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There has been no effect on the public health or safety, no release of activity, no damage to plant equipment and no significant chain of events.

Corrective Action

Replaced transmitters'. Transmitters were also identified and replaced on Units 2 and 3.
