Operations personnel observed an annunciation on the torus hydrogen containment atmospheric monitoring.

Conditions ~ Prior to Occurrence:

U-1 @ 69% We U-2 d 89% We U-3 0 94% We Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

None A_pparent Cause of Occurrence:

Relay fallure in metering circuit.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no hazard to health or safety of the public, no danger to the plant equipment and no resulting significant chain of events.

Corrective Action

The item was repaired and returned to service. A new designed hydrogen monitoring system will be installed at the next refueling outage.
