While perforsing SI 4.8.B.4.2, CAM-1-RM-90-249 for the turbine building roof vents was removed.from service for a period exceeding one hour.

U-1 at 96% we.

U-2 at 93% Ne.

U;3 at 100% w e.

Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

None Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

Personnel error Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no danger to the health or safety of the public, no danger to the plant equipment and no resulting sijptificant chain of events.

Corrective Action

Personnel were cautioned to be more attentive to the time limit that the equipment can be removed from service.
