Apparent Cause of Oc:currenec:

Float was stuck on switch.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no damage to plant equipment.

There was no etivity release; no personnel exposure or injury. and no danger to the health or safety of the public.

Corrective Action

The float chaw eT was flushed, the switch inspected,and functionally tested for repeatability.

Recurrence control will consist of more f requent testing of the switches.

Procedures will also be revised to flush switches during unit outages but not more frequently than monthly.
