No Ewere-not previously submitted to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission-(NRC).. Identification of changes made from March 29, 1988=through. December 31, 1988, were submitted to the
-NRC in IP letter U-601386.
'Th'e: revision to the USAR has been prepared considering the, additional guidance provided by Generic Letter 81-06,
' " Periodic Updating of Final Safety Analysis Reports
- (FSARs)'" dated February 26, 1981.
The attached revised pages are annotated with Revision 1, September 1989, and revision bars.
This USAR revision reflects changes made through March 1989.
Subsequent' revisions of the USAR will be submitted
. annually and will reflect all changes up to a maximum of six months. prior to the date of filing.
