In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9, attached is the subject report concerning the failure of Diesel Generator #1 which was tripped manually from the Control Room, due to unit load oscillation and vibration during an 18 month surveillance test.
This is an update of a previous report submitted March 13, 1980.
