TENNESSEE VALLEY AUTHORITY - BROWNS FERRY NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - DOCKET NO. 50-259 - FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE DPR REPORTABL3 OCCURRENCE REPORT BFRO-50-259/8047 The enclosed report provides details concerning Surveillance Instruction 4.2.E.2 which was being performed on the drywell air sampling system when the vacuum pump associated with RM-1-90-256 was found to be pulling an inadequate vacuunt.

This report is submitted in accordance with Browns Ferry unit 1 Technical Specification 6.7.2.b(2).
