r-Unit 2 - 79% steady state power Unit 3 - 100% steady state power Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillanet. Requirements met due to inoperable equipment. Describe.

None Apparent Cause of Occurrence:

The operator experienced a water ha=mer while warming the HPCI system from a out-of-service condition which may have broken the sensing line hangers.

Analysis of Occurrence:

There was no danger to health or safety of the public, no damage to plant or equipment, no release of activity, no resulting significant occurrence.

Corrective Action

Hangers were repaired. Other hanger in Unit 2 and 3 were inspected and found to be undamaged.
