Identification and Description of Occurrence: During routine inspection prior to contain-ment integrated leakTaTe TeK Mo spare Enes were found penetrating primary containment through penetration X-49.

Containment isolation was provided by only one manual isolation valve per line external to containment. This dces not meet requirements of Technical Specifications and 10CFR50, Appendix B, Criterion 56.

Conditicns Prinr to Occurrence:

Unit 1 @ 07. refueling outage Unit 2 0 507.

Unit 3 @ 1007.

Action spec:fied in the Technical Specificatien Surveillance Requirements met due to inoparable equipment.

It is not Inown at this time when these lines were installed in their present configurat.on and for what specific purpose.

Analysis of Occu-rence:

There was no loss of primary containment caused by this occurrence. Routine monitoring under a technical instruction has demonstrated containment integrity cn all units.

There was no danger to health or safety of the public.

Corrective Action

Similar lines in Unit 2 and 3 were inspec"2d and found properly capped. The lines in Unit I will be properly capped prior to return of unit to service.
