f Time delay relay 2 E-K 34 of the ADS system would not time out properly. The relay timed out at 93 seconds which is outside the Tech. Spec. rsquirement of 120 + 5 seconds.

Con litions Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 1 - 0 0% refueling outage.

Unit 2 - @ 77%.

Unit 3 - @ 100%.

Action specified in the Technical Specification Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment.
