Vietti-Cook, Secretary STAFF REQUIREMENTS-COMSECY-18-0027-EVALUATION CRITERIA FOR RETROSPECTIVE REVIEW OF ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS The Commission has approved the staffs recommended criteria to evaluate potential regulatory changes during the retrospective review of administrative regulations, subject to the change below.
Criterion 5 should be revised to add the highlighted text shown below.
Reports or records that contain information used by other Federal agencies, State and local governments, or Federally recognized Tribes will be dropped from the review provided the information collected is necessa[Y to support the NRC's mission or to fulfill a binding NRC obligation.
