IdenCriention and Description'of Occurrence:

During normal operation while performing SI 4.2.B.2, LIS-3-184 (reactor low water level) did not trip at the designated setpoint. The switch actuated at 543.8 inches above vessel zero rather than equal to or greater than 544 inches.

Conditions ' Prior to Occurrence:

Unit 1 at 92%.

Unit 2 at 99%.

Unit 3 refueling.
