Dear Mr. Grier:
This let;ter forwards update Licensee Event Report 79-14/3X-1 required to be submitted pursuant to Millstone Unit 2 Appendix A Technical Specifications, Section 6.9.1.9.d, abnormal degradation of systems other than those specified in Section 6.8.1.8.c. The report is being submitted four days late due to an administrative oversight. An additional three copies of the report are enclosed.
