In response to IE Bulletin 7F62, field inspection of anchors on various piping systems revealed two bc1ts cut off about " on safety-related systems (44 bolts inspected visually),and two slipped and two pulled out on non-safety-related systems which were pull tested (18 were tested).

Conditions Prior to Occurrence:

Plant in normal operation with all units at steady state.

L' nit 1 - 94%, unit 2 - 99%,

and unit 3 - 91?..

Action specified in the Technical Spectrication Surveillance Requirements met due to inoperable equipment.

Anchorages were shortened due to rebar interference.
