T. S. allows operation for 30 days with sensor out of service.

Ar, parent Cause of Occurrence:

Degradation of hydrogen sensor.

Analvsis of Occurrence:

There was no damage to plant equipment, no injury to personnel, no daner t health or safety of the public, no. reduction in power generation.

Correctim Action:

Redundant sensor placed in service. Entire system is to be replaced with Hays--Republic System.
