CAUSE DESCRIPTION AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS h i

o l Peerless electric motor. S/N GV 79985 had a motor failure. The cause of the problem _j iiIij l is not known.

The motor was replaced. The operating limits of the valve were reset._j FTT 1 I and the valve was operationally tested. The failure was random and no recurrence
