DPR-39 and DPR-48 and the transfer of the generally licensed Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) for the Zion Nuclear Power Station (ZNPS), Units 1 and 2, to Exelon was submitted to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review on July 24, 2018 as documented in Reference 1.
