Dear Sir or Madam:
Per the referenced letter, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) transmitted a revised 10 CFR Part 71 Quality Assurance Program Approval for Radioactive Material Packages (i.e., No. 0240, Revision 11) for the following Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc.
(Entergy) nuclear stations:
x Indian Point Nuclear Generating Station Units 1, 2 and 3 (Indian Point) x Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station (Pilgrim)
Entergy requests that 10 CFR Part 71 Quality Assurance Program Approval No. 0240 be revised to provide separate program approvals for Indian Point and Pilgrim. In addition, an update to the associated address for Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. is requested, changing it from 440 Hamilton Avenue, White Plains, NY, to 1340 Echelon Parkway, Jackson, MS 39213. The proposed changes are administrative only.
