Dear NRC,

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. On behalf of Jones River Watershed Association (JRWA), I request that a copy of the following documents:

Evaluations or documentation associated with§ 72.212 (Conditions of general license issued under

§ 72.210) between the NRC and Entergy's Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station, including Certificates of Compliance, Amended Certificates of Compliance, cask registrations and associated letters, evaluations of casks, storage pads and areas, and §72.104 requirements, evaluations associated with paragraph (b)(5) of 72.212, and records associated with maintenance on casks.

JRWA is a non-profit organization, and requests a waiver of all fees since the requested information is in the public interest; it will contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations and activities of the government and is not primarily in our commercial interest.

JRWA intends to analyze the content of the requested information in order to educate the public about the federal waste storage process and how it relates to Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station. JRWA has been working on nuclear-related advocacy and issues since the 1980s and a JRWA representative current serves on the State of Massachusetts' Nuclear Decommissioning Citizen's Advisory Panel (NDCAP) for Pilgrim. Information will contribute significantly to public understanding (state-wide) via JRWA's programs (print materials, website, presentations) and role on the state's NDCAP. JRWA has no commercial interest in the requested records, not would charge the public a fee for access to the materials.

Thank you for your consideration of this request.

Sincerely, Karen Vale-Vasilev, Program Manager Jones River Watershed Association's Cape Cod Bay Watch Program 55 Landing Rd, Kingston, MA 02364 781-585-2322
