Energy Duane Arnold, LLC (NextEra Energy Dwme Arnold), the licensee for Duane Arnold Energy Center; and NextEra Energy Point Beach, LLC (NextEra Energy Point Beach), the licensee for Point Beach Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2 (collectively referred to as NextEra Energy) are no longer members of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI). This letter is to inform the NRC that the withdrawal from NEI does not impact any prior commitments made by our operating fleet to NEI documents or any commitments made on behalf of Florida Power & Light and NextEra Energy operating fleet by NEI.

This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
