Request for additional information response letter L-96-066 dated March 13, 1996, identifies an abbreviation of "PCT" as Peak Centerline Temperature.
Is this correct?

The abbreviation "PCT" defined in the second paragraph on page 2 of 4 of L-96-066 should be Peak ~Qjzlg Temperature, QUESTION:

RESPONSE
Revision 1 of WCAP-10054-P, Addendum 2 was issued in October
- 1995, subsequent to the submittal of the Small Break LOCA Re-analysis Proposed License Amendment.
The Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Uprate Small Break LOCA analysis was performed consistent with the methodology described in WCAP-10054-P, Addendum 2, Revision 1, October 1995.
As a result, a revised Technical Specification (TS) reference will be required.
TS 6.9.1.7 Core Operating Limits Report, requires that the analytical methods used to determine K(z) be reviewed and approved by the NRC.
WCAP-10054-P, Addendum 2, Revision 1, October 1995 is presently under review by the NRC and not approved.
