- 1994, the NRC issued Amendments 167/161 to Facility Operating License No.
DPR-31 and DPR-41 for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4, respectively.
The amendments consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications to relocate certain cycle-specific parameter limits from the Technical Specifications to a Core Operating Limits Report (COLR). In accordance with Technical Specification
'.9.1.7, the enclosed Coze Operating Limits Report is provided for Florida Power and Light Company Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.
These curves are applicable for the current operating cycles of Unit 3 Cycle 14 and for Unit 4 Cycle 15 which is currently in a refueling outage.
